I found this company online. Some times online companies can be hit or miss. I will say this company stood above them all. I was having trouble getting the online payment system to work so I called there main number to place my order. After I had placed my order I got a couple emails from the company making sure I got my order done and they apologized for the troubles I had with the online system. Package arrived on time and works great.

I love My Hopper!!! my fiance is not tech savuy, but i caught on pretty fast. Love the way that you can record your shows when your not home.... Thank Dish, Job well done.
